A daily content operation, built for publishers.
Our dedicated editorial team researches, prepares, reviews and publishes content shaped around your publication’s audience, standards, and WordPress setup.
Illustrative schedule. Publication names and article URLs shown here are placeholders for layout — the permalink pattern is the WordPress default, /YYYY/MM/DD/slug/. States shown are the real production states: sourcing · preparation · review · ready · published · failed · deleted.
Six things you get, every day.
Daily publishing on your schedule, plus five things built into every article. Your readers see them on the page, and search engines read them too.
Daily Publishing
Choose your topics and how often to publish. Our team researches current stories, writes each article and publishes it to your WordPress site on schedule.
Example headlines and times. Each article moves from queued to published as it goes live.
Complete News Schema
Each article is marked with the right story type, such as news, analysis, opinion or reportage, and carries complete structured data: the publication, the page, the article, every author, images, breadcrumbs, FAQs, dates and more. Every article is checked so its schema is ready for search engines.
One connected schema per article. The list on the right shows everything it includes.
Listen-to-Article Audio
Every article comes with an audio version, so readers can listen instead of read. The audio is attached to the post and plays in your site’s own player.
Listen to this article
The audio file is saved in your WordPress media library and attached to the article.
Article Recaps
A short “What to know” summary sits at the top of every article, so readers get the key points first.
Written for each article and shown above the body.
FAQs on Every Article
Every article answers the questions readers are likely to ask. The answers show on the page and are added as FAQ structured data for search engines.
Q1Who is the programme open to?
Applications are open to founders across the region, with targeted outreach to rural communities and people returning from caring responsibilities.
Q2What support is included?
Personalised coaching, networking introductions, grant guidance, and digital skills training run through the length of the programme.
Q3When does it run until?
The current intake runs to the end of the programme year, with the next cohort opening immediately afterwards.

Multiple Authors
WordPress allows one author per post. With Viral News Lab you can credit several writers on the same article, assign a set author, or rotate between approved authors. Every byline stays correct.
Example names, not real people. WordPress on its own shows one author; here every writer is credited in the byline.
One run, six stages.
A dedicated editorial team runs every stage: research, preparation, metadata and quality review.
Campaign planning
Topics, search queries, exclusions, presets, editorial rules, and cadence — configured once per publication as a reusable content program.
Source-backed research
Material is discovered through web research, news searches, uploads, saved sources, and pasted links. Sources are extracted and reviewed before content preparation.
Preparation
Publication-specific tone, structure, length, formatting, and headline rules are applied, with relevant internal links and credible external references.
Media and metadata
Featured and inline images, attribution, captions, alt text, filenames and placement — plus SEO metadata, schema-oriented fields, FAQs and summaries.
Quality review
Media, links, metadata, article type, summaries, FAQs and publishing readiness are validated. Problems are classified as editorial intervention, one-click correction, or authorized override.
WordPress delivery
Draft, publish immediately, schedule, or update an existing live post without creating a duplicate — with live links, admin links, approval emails, activity logs, and audit reporting.
Nothing goes live until it passes.
Every article is checked against the same list before it reaches your site. If a check fails, the article stops and goes back to an editor.
After publishing, we read the live post back. If it doesn’t match what was approved, we take it down.
SEO checklist, 80+ target
Keyword, title, meta description, slug, length and readability.
Based on real sources
Original reporting only. Search and listing pages are rejected.
Sources cited with links
Outbound links to the reporting the story is built on.
Internal links
Links to three of your own related articles.
No broken links
Every link is tested. Dead links and tracking tags are removed.
Relevant images
Checked against the story, with alt text, and never reused across your site.
Headline matches the story
No filler, no off-topic sections, one clear story.
No repeated passages
Near-duplicate paragraphs are caught and removed.
Fits your publication
On-topic for your coverage area and audience.
Recap, FAQs and excerpt
Confirmed in WordPress before the article goes live.
Right category and author
A real category every time, never “Uncategorized”.
No duplicates
No duplicate posts, and repeated story angles are flagged.
We write, polish, and distribute your story to the outlets that move markets.
We specialize in press releases and have a separate division for press releases, called Hexa PR Wire. Some of our syndicators include Business Insider, Bloomberg, NASDAQ, and Yahoo.
Built on our own WordPress core.
Viral News Lab does not publish into a stack of third-party plugins. It delivers through HWS Base Tools — the WordPress plugin our own team writes, versions, and ships from a repository we run. It is the layer that classifies the site, registers the structures an article needs, and keeps every publication we operate on the same footing.
One repository, one plugin, one job. HWS Base Tools 13.2.7 bundles the Hexa WordPress Plugin Core and owns the site’s classification, its shared post types, its brand assets, and the operational tooling every article depends on once it lands.
News outlet, podcast, personal, company, or e-commerce — set once, read everywhere.
team-member, testimonial and services, registered through one core.
Safe batch execution, rollback snapshots, before and after reporting.
Compatibility, Safe Baseline, Editorial, and Aggressive Test-First.
Native containers, dynamic tags, and Rank Math breadcrumbs.
Public 503 handling, administrator bypass, REST and XML-RPC protection.
Download the current release from the repository.
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the zip.
Activate it, then set the website type and primary entity in the HWS dashboard.
PHP 8.1 and WordPress 6.0 or newer are required, on Hexa Cloud hosting. After activation the plugin’s own update checker polls the repository, so new releases are offered in the WordPress plugins screen like any other plugin.
